Billing is what edeck.me charges you for your site. It has nothing to do with what your store charges your customers, which is set up in Payment methods.

Getting started

1. You can create and edit your site as much as you like without a plan.
2. To publish it, choose a plan and click Start 30-day trial.
3. Enter your card on the secure payment page. Nothing is charged during the 30-day trial.
4. Back in the panel, click Publish my site (here or on the Dashboard) and your site becomes visible to everyone.

If you closed the payment page without finishing, the plans are offered here again so you can complete it.

Subscription statuses

• On trial: with the trial end date, which is also the day of the first charge.
• Active: with the date of the next charge; it renews automatically.
• Confirming payment: you have just come back from the payment page and the charge is being confirmed. Reload in a few seconds.
• Payment pending: the last charge could not be completed and the site has been unpublished automatically. Click Update payment method and, once resolved, publish it again.

Your subscription card also shows whether the site is published or unpublished.

Change card, see invoices or cancel

Click Manage subscription: the secure payments portal opens, where you can change your card, download your invoices or cancel.

An active subscription is also required to create more than one site in your account (see My sites).
