Question categories group your FAQs by topic (for example “Shipping”, “Payments”, “Account”). Each category has its own page with its questions.

Creating a category

1. Click New.
2. Write the title and, optionally, a subtitle and a description, in each language.
3. Fill in the link (for example faq).
4. Leave Published set to “Yes” and save.

The fields are the same as in Article categories. If you only have a few questions, a single category is enough.
