This is where your site’s main details live. Almost everything else depends on what you put here.

Images

• Logo: the one in the header. Ideally PNG or SVG with a transparent background.
• White logo: the version for dark backgrounds (dark header, “dark” contrast blocks, footer).
• Favicon: the small icon in the browser tab. Square, for example 512×512 px.
• Main image: the one used when your site is shared on social networks.

Details

• Title: your site’s name, in each language.
• Description: a summary of your business.
• Languages: every language your site will be in. When you add one, its tabs appear in every form.
• Default language: the one a new visitor sees.
• Template: the site’s visual theme.
• Folder: your site’s address inside edeck.me (edeck.me/your-folder). If you change it, all your links change: avoid it once the site is live. To use your own domain, go to Custom domain.

Publishing

Setting Published to “Yes” makes your site visible to everyone; you can also use the Publish my site button on the Dashboard. Publishing requires an active or trial subscription (see Billing). Until then you can edit everything freely.
